Payment Options

Payments are securely set up online through FACTS Tuition Management and made via pre-authorized automatic deductions from a checking/savings account or to a credit card with a fee. The administrative processing fee is $15 per payment for two payments and $6 per month for the ten-month plan.

You can pay tuition in the following ways:

  • Pay in Full (July 31)
  • Two payments (July 31 and December 31)
  • Ten monthly payments (August-May) available on the 5th, 20th, or 25th.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the school year run?

The school year runs from August 16 to May 24 and follows the St. John School Academic Calendar.

Is there an option for lunch or extended care provided for early childhood students?

Lunch Bunch is offered for 3 and 4-year-old half-day students Monday and Wednesday 11:30am–12:30pm for $11 per day per student.

Before and after-school care is available through Centered Care.

Can I give to St. John School?

Financial support from church members, Annual Fund donors, and PTL fills the gap beyond tuition to operate the school. To the extent that God has blessed you with financial resources, please consider additional contributions to these programs.
